Bracelet Warranty Terms and Conditions


Coverage

Wecord warrants that your Wecord Bracelet is free from manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.


Conditions

This warranty is valid only when the Product is purchased from an authorized Wecord retailer. The warranty will be void if the Product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, or unauthorized repair.


Proof of Purchase

To claim warranty service, you must present a valid proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or invoice.


Repair or Replacement

If your Product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Wecord will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product with the same model or a comparable model. The repaired or replaced Product will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original Product or for a period of three (3) months, whichever is longer.


Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, cord cut, or any damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repair.


Shipping and Handling

If warranty service is required, you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs to send the Product to the nearest Wecord authorized service center. Wecord will cover the return shipping costs for the repaired or replaced Product.


International Coverage

This warranty is valid worldwide.



Watch Warranty Terms and Conditions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, strap or band, crystal, battery, or any damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repair. Additionally, water damage is not covered unless the Product is explicitly labeled as water-resistant and the damage occurred under conditions consistent with its water resistance rating.

If warranty service is required, you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs to send the Product to the nearest Wecord authorized service center. Wecord will cover the return shipping costs for the repaired or replaced Product.
